"Under The Rug"

I don't know about your culture, but in mine, there is this rug. We put secrets, lies, pains, heartaches, and family untold truths under that thing. A roadblock to therapy can be this idea that a person is telling all, and revealing what is under the rug. Therapy is a good place to start sharing those deep hurts. Clean out from under your rug.
