"It's Ok To Not Be Ok"

Just a reminder that we, yes, all of us, need to stop making up this narrative that when we need help, we can't ask for it or shouldn't ask. I want you to know, and be able to share with others too. Getting help is a good step to take, there is no shame in saying, "I am Struggling".  Many cultures don't believe in therapy, sharing, or even in mental health issues. If you are not ok, we recognize that it's ok, seek help and heal!
